Web Analyst

 

The National Association of REALTORS©, the largest trade association in the country, is seeking a web analyst to compile, analyze, and report site data; and to provide insights for driving user engagement and satisfaction for its primary website, www.nar.realtor.

 

As a part of the web team, the web analyst will work closely with content strategists to define and track KPIs for site initiatives, and work with the manager of user experience to analyze user behavior and recommend improvements to the site.

 

The successful candidate will be a critical thinker, intuitive about next steps; action oriented, and will work proactively on projects both independently and collaboratively. S/he must be extraordinarily detail-oriented while able to meet big picture goals and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Major duties and responsibilities

 

-       Analyze and interpret site data to produce plain English narratives for stakeholders

-       Help define and monitor KPIs for new projects and/or enhancements

-       Define and track campaigns

-       Perform analysis of web and mobile data and recommend enhancements based on defined KPIs and user engagement

-       Develop, organize, and present detailed performance reports

-       Collaborate with User Experience to understand and report on user behavior

-       Perform monthly analysis of taxonomies

-       Compile and report on site search data

-       Recommend improvements to the site content, structure, and UI based on findings

 

Requirements


 

-       2-4 years of experience in digital analytics

-       Expert in Adobe Analytics/Omniture (certification preferred)

-       Experience with Google Analytics and other common web traffic reporting tools

-       Working knowledge of common data visualization and dashboarding tools

-       Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

-       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

-       Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to convert analytics data into insights

-       Thorough understanding of all common metrics and analytics best practices for web and mobile channels

-       Experience working with Tealium and Elastic search preferredbut not required
